摘  要:目的探讨糖尿病教育流程的可行性、实用性及对教育效果的影响。方法将基础的糖尿病知识设计在流程中应用于280例首次住院的糖尿病患者,采取责任制护士分阶段教育,专职教育护士进行效果评价及再教育的方式,对不同内容的教育效果进行回顾性研究。结果280例患者完成该流程所需总教育时间平均为(136±27)min,科学饮食和合理运动是教育的难点,用时长,效果欠佳;不同性别、年龄、病程、学历及总教育时间与教育的质量存在着一定的关系(P〈0.05)。结论应用教育流程进行“一对一”式的教育可使患者掌握流程内的基础糖尿病知识平均达到70%以上,满足了患者的基本需求和实际需要,对提高患者自身管理水平有一定的帮助和支持。Objective To explore the feasibility, practicability and effect of diabetes education process. Methods The basic knowledge of diabetes were incorperated into diabetes education process, which were applied to 280 cases who were admitted at the first time. The diabetes education process was following:the responsibility nurses conduct the stage education, the speciality diabetes educator carry out the evaluation of education efficacy, then the patients were received the re-educated. The study were restrospectively researched according to the different aspects of education. Results The average education duration was ( 136± 27) min, the difficult aspects wer diet and exercise science, as they needed more education time and the efficacy was not so good. Different gender, age, duration, and degree education and general education time were correlated with quality of education (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Using education process of "one to one" education can make the patient master the average diabetic knowledge (70%), satisfy the patients' basic and actual requirements and improve the nurses' management level.
