摘　　要：目的利用医院感染监测网络系统，加强医院感染监测与控制，提高基层医院医院感染管理水平。方法设计开发医院感染病例上报系统，将软件直接安装在临床科室的医生工作站，实现医院感染实时监控以及手术切口愈合情况前瞻性、目标性监测。结果改变了既往医院感染监控以回顾性调查为主的被动局面，实现了医院感染的前瞻与动态监测，使医院感染控制的关口前移，及时发现医院感染流行趋势或暴发的苗头，替代以往手工数据处理、统计分析、上报等操作，提高了工作效率及监测质量。结论充分利用医院感染监测信息系统，可以提高基层医院医院感染管理水平。Objective The hospital infection surveillance and control were strengthened according to ＂hospital infection surveillance network system＂, so as to improve the primary hospital infection management level. Methods Hospital infection case reporting system were designed and developed, and software was directly setup in the clinical departments ＂of medical workstations, in order to achieve real-time monitoring of hospital infection, forward-looking of surgical incision healing and targeted monitoring. Results It changed the passive situation of past nosocomial infection surveillance restrospectively and achieved the hospital＇ s vision and dynamic monitoring of infection, so that the hospital infection control acted sooner, timely detected nosoeomial infection trends or outbreaks of signs. It also replaced the previous manual data processing, statistical analysis, reporting and other operations, improved working efficiency and quality of monitoring. Conclusions Making best of hospital infection surveillance information system can improve the primary hospital infection management level.
