摘　　要：目的 总结合并眼球震颤的先天性白内障围手术期护理经验.方法 对32例（42眼）合并眼球震颤的先天性白内障患儿进行规范化围手术期护理,术后随访6个月,观察复诊率、配镜和弱视训练、术后视力情况.结果 6个月的随访率为65.6%,配镜和弱视训练100%,视力较出院时有明显提高.结论 根据患儿特点进行规范化的术前、术后护理,加强健康教育,对尽早手术治疗、定期复诊、提高弱视治疗依从性、改善视功能均有重要意义.Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experiences of congenital cataract combined with nystagmus. Methods 32 patients （42 eyes） with congenital cataract combined with nystagmic were performed standard perioperative nursing and follow - ups until 6 months after operation to observe the condition of follow - ups, glasses wearing, visus hebetudo trainings and the visual acuity after operations.Results The rate of effective six months - follow - up was 65.6%, and the rate of wearing glasses and visus hebetudo trainings reached 100%. In contrast to discharge, the vision acuity had also significantly improved.Conclusions Standard preoperative and postoperative care combined with enhancing the health education according to characteristics of patients are confirmed to be importance in receiving operation promptly, regularity of follow - up, raising therapeutic compliance and improving the acuity of vision.
