摘　　要：在当今普遍流行的操作系统中,对文本文件的显示与拷贝可以说是举手之劳,但是在Turbo C环境下实现该功能就显得捉襟见肘了,用C语言中带参数的程序设计方法可以实现该功能。In today＇s popular operating system in general,on the display and copy the text file can be a easy task,but in Turbo c environment to achieve this function becomes stretched,and this is to use C language programming method with a parameter to achieve the function.
