摘　　要：提要：从普通用户（业余）的角度来谈如何保护数据,如何挽救数据。在恢复数据的时候,用户不仅要知道如何操作,还应该知道为什么要这样操作。所以知道一些必要的原理知识,理论联系实际,也有助于避免问题的再次发生。In this thesis,the author will talk about how to protect as well as how to save data from the perspective of an ordinary user（amateur）.When recovering data,users are not only supposed to know how to operate,but also why in this way.Thus,it helps avoid the same problem happening again to master some basic knowledge and the ability to integrate theory with practice.
