摘  要:目的探讨婴幼儿呼吸道病毒感染情况,达到早期诊断、隔离,指导治疗,预防住院婴幼儿医院感染的发生。方法用直接免疫荧光法(DFA)对婴幼儿鼻咽分泌物进行呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(Adv)、流感A(FluA)、流感B(FluB)、副流感Ⅰ~Ⅲ型(PIVⅠ~Ⅲ)7种呼吸道病毒进行检测。结果 2221例婴幼儿中用DFA方法检出呼吸道病毒RSV、FluA、FluB、PIVⅠ、PIVⅡ、PIVⅢ、Adv,共555株,检出率为24.99%;其中RSV428株(77.12%),FluA13株(2.34%),FluB 1株(0.18%),PIVⅠ8株(1.44%),PIVⅡ5株(0.90%),PIVⅢ93株(16.76%),Adv 7例(1.26%);结果进一步显示RSV是最常见的病毒,其次为PIVⅢ、FluA、PIVⅠ、Adv、PIVⅡ、FluB,7种病毒高发期大多集中在第一季度和第二、四季度。结论 DFA能够提供快而可靠的方法用于诊断,早期诊断对治疗很重要,排除了不必要的抗菌药物治疗和必需的患者隔离。OBJECTIVE To investigate the respiratory tract infection among native infants and attain early diagnosis,isolation and directive therapy and guide against cross infections among infants in hospital.METHODS Their nasopharyngeal secretions were obtained for identification of seven kinds of respiratory viruses by direct immunofluorescence assay(DFA).The seven viruses were respectively respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),adenovirus(adv),flu virusA,(FluA),flu virusB(FluB) and parainfluenza virusⅠ-Ⅲ(PIVⅠ-Ⅲ).RESULTS Among all of the 2221 samples,555(24.98%) positive strains were determined,from them,the RSV accounted for 77.1%,FluA 13(2.3%),FluB 1(0.2%),PIVⅠ8(1.4%),PIVⅡ5(0.9%),PIVⅢ 93(16.7%),and Adv 1.2%.The results further demonstrated that RSV was the most commonly encountered virus,then were PIVⅢ,FluA,PIVⅠ,Adv,PIVⅡ,and FluB.And seven viruses infection focused on the first and the fourth seasons,few cases in another seasons.CONCLUSIONS DFA is a rapid and reliable way to diagnose.Early diagnosis is very important for treatment,excluding unwanted antibiotic therapy and required isolation of patients.
