摘 要:目的探讨不同的包装及取用方法对棉签污染情况,寻求恰当的棉签包装及使用方法。方法两种包装方法(盒装及袋装)、3种取用方法(无菌持物钳取用为A组、直接撕开取用为B组、消毒后无菌剪刀剪开取用为C组),在0、4、24 h分别采样培养观察棉签污染状况。结果 A、B、C组3种取用方法0 h的污染率分别为6%、34%、10%,A、B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B、C组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.01);A、B组4 h的污染率分别为8%、44%(P<0.01);A、B组24 h污染率分别为10%、60%(P<0.001);A、B、C组0 h总染菌量分别为15 CFU/50份、95 CFU/50份、45 CFU/50份(P<0.001);A、B组4 h总染菌量分别为20 CFU/50份、150CFU/50份(P<0.001);A、B组24 h总染菌量分别为25 CFU/50份4、50 CFU/50份(P<0.001);A组0、4、24 h棉签污染比较差异无统计学意义;B组0与4 h,4 h与24 h比较差异无统计学意义,0与24 h比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论棉签污染与其包装及取用方法有关,一次性袋装棉签直接撕开使用会造成棉签污染且与打开时间呈正相关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the medical cotton stick pollutions in different cotton stick packings and accesses to it,and to find appropriate methods of cotton stick packaging and accessing.METHODS Using two different packaging methods(boxed and bagged),and three different access methods(that taken through a bacterial clamp holders access: group A;that directly torn open for use: group B;and that taken by using an bacterial scissors: group C,to collect samples at 0,4 and 24 h,respectively.RESULTS The polluting rates of three groups when opened at 0 h were 6%,34% and 10%.By comparing groups A and B(P0.001),there was significant difference,and it was true between groups B and C(P0.01).The polluting rates of groups A and B at 4h were 8% and 44%(P0.01)and at 24 h 10% and 60%(P0.001).The total numbers of bacteria polluted in three groups were 15 CFU/50,95 CFU/50 and 45 CFU/50(P0.001),while those of groups A and B at 4h were 20 CFU/50 and 150 CFU/50 and at 24h were 25CFU/50 and 450 CFU/50(P0.001).The comparison of group A at 0h,4h,and 24h showed no statistical significance.As for group B,it showed no statistical significance between 0 h and 4 h,and 4 h and 24 h,but showed statistical significance between 0 h and 24 h(P0.01).CONCLUSIONS Medical cotton stick pollution is positively correlated with the ways of packaging and accessing,and is also with the use of cotton stick bag directly taken out of a disposable package and its opening time.
