摘　　要：目的加强医院消毒供应中心管理,预防与控制医院感染。方法对消毒供应中心的工作环境、操作标准流程中可能引起医院感染的因素进行分析,并采取有效措施进行控制预防,重视消毒供应室人员感染控制知识的学习和素质培养,加强重复使用器械物品等环节的质量管理,严格操作流程,完善各项监测措施。结果对消毒供应中心空气、操作流程、设备、手卫生加强管理,为临床科室提供了合格的灭菌物品,有效地防止了医院感染的发生。结论通过落实一系列严格的管理措施,使消毒供应中心工作达到现代化、科学化、规范化、标准化的管理目标。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the management of disinfection supply center to prevent and control hospital infection effectively.METHODS The factors that might cause hospital infection existing in the working environment,and in the operating standardized process in disinfection supply center were analyzed in order to take effective measures to control and preventit infection.Attention was paid to learn the knowledge of infection control,enhance the quality management of the recycled equipment items and operational processes,and improve the monitoring measures.RESULTS By strengthening the management of air,operating procedures,equipment,and hand hygiene in disinfection supply center,we could effectively prevent the occurrence of hospital infection.CONCLUSIONS The modern,scientific and standardized management of disinfection supply center plays a decisive role through the implementation of a series of stringent management measures,to reduce and control the occurrence of hospital infection.
