摘  要:目的分析外周中心静脉导管(PICC)引起病原菌感染及相关因素。方法对医院2005年5月-2008年4月516例所有送检PICC导管培养的患者进行回顾性分析,并找出感染相关因素。结果所有送检的516例样本中,静脉导管培养阳性有119例,阳性率为23.0%,PICC导管培养阳性患者的年龄,老年组与非老年组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PICC导管培养阳性患者的留置时间长与短比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),516例患者留置PICC平均时间是65d,均无相关性感染发生,仅有15例患者发生轻微上肢肿胀。结论严格无菌技术操作,仔细观察、定期更换输液装置,使用有效过滤器会降低感染率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the cause and relative factors of bacterial infection due to peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC).METHODS From May 2005 to Apr 2008,the samples from 516 patients′ catheters of PICC were clutured for bacteria.The clinical data related to the catheterization were collected.RESULTS There were 119 cases with posotive culture from intravenous tubing of PICC.The positive culture rate was 23.0%.There was significant diffference for positive culture rate between elderly and non-elderly patients (P0.05).The similar results for positive culture rate were observed for long retention time of catheters (P0.05).The average retention time for all these patients was 65 days.there were no case with relative bacter infection symptom through positive culture results.However,15 patients showed slight swelling in upper limb.CONCLUSION It could reduce infection rate through restict aseptic technique,keeping under observation,replacing catheters at regular intervals,and making effective filter.
