摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护士意外血源性感染的危险性,分析引起意外血源性感染的各种病因,并提出相应对策。方法对手术室护士进行自我保护教育,有效防止血源性疾病的感染。结果手术室护士正确认识自身防护特点与责任,提高了血源性感染的防护意识,近两年体检无艾滋病、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎等疾病的发生。结论通过有效的预防措施,大大降低了手术室护士血源性感染的危险性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the risks of the blood-borne infection in the operating room nurses in accident status,analyze the blood-borne infection caused by a variety of etiology and propose the corresponding countermeasures.METHODS Self-protection education was performed to operating room nurses,the blood-borne infection diseases were effectively prevented.RESULTS There were no occurrences of AIDS,hepatitis B,hepatitis C and other infectious diseases in recent two years,the characteristics and responsibility of the self-protection were acknowleged by the operating room nurses,and the self-protection awareness about blood-borne infection was improved.CONCLUSION The risk of blood-borne infections in operating room nurses has significantly reduced through the effective prevention measures.
