摘　　要：目的探讨护理人员在医院感染控制中的角色与作用。方法对北京地区38所三级甲等医院医院感染管理科中护理人员在编情况进行调查。结果在38所三级甲等医院医院感染管理专职人员中,护理人员约占47.85%,其中大专以上学历占62.82%,中级以上职称占87.18%;年龄≥50岁者占65.38%,医院感染管理护理队伍老龄化。结论医院感染与护理管理密切相关,护理人员是预防和控制医院感染的重要力量,充分发挥护理管理在医院感染管理中的协同作用,重视医院感染管理中护理人员队伍建设,使之继续发挥更大的作用。OBJECTIVE To discuss about the role of nurses in the nosocomial infections control.METHODS The present situation of the nurse staffs in Department of Nosocomial Infection Control of the 38 tertiary care class A hospitals in Beijing was investigated.RESULTS Of all the professional workers of the nosocomial infection control in the above 38 hospitals in Beijing area,nurses were about 47.85%.Among the nurses,62.82% of them had the record of formal professional college schooling,87.18% of them had the medium class professional title,and 65.38% of them were over fifty years old.The average age of the staffs of nosocomial infection control was to wards older-aged.CONCLUSION The effect of nosocomial infection control has the close relationship with the nursing management.Nurses have been playing an important role in the prevention against infections and the operation of nosocomial infection control in hospitals.It is necessary to give the full play to the co-operation of the nursing management in the nosocomial infection control in hospitals.And enough attention is also needed to the nursing staff arrangement in the nosocomial infection control management,so as it can be move effective and operative.
