摘　　要：本文沿着将城中村改造与廉租房建设相结合的思路,分析了目前我国未来实际操作中将可能面临的制度、融资与管理三大困境。在此基础上,推荐国外已有多年操作经验的房地产投资信托即REITs制度,将其应用于我国基于城中村改造的廉租房建设中,试图解决上述困境,并对相关成功案例做出分析研究。This paper analyzed the current difficulties on the respect of social system, financing and mamagement in com- bining the rebuilding of villeges in cities and construction of low-rent housing in China. On this basis, this paper recom- mended REITs which has been employed for many years in foreign countries and did some reseach on relative successful cases aiming to resolv the above difficulties.
