摘  要:对映异构体有4种表示式:(1)楔形式(含飞楔式),(2)透视式(锯架式),(3)Fischer投影式,(4)Newman投影式。大学有机化学教学目标要求学生掌握并能熟练应用这4种表示式解决实际问题,具体包括独立使用各种构型表示式解决问题;能够实现4种表示式之间的互相转变和熟练确定手性碳原子的构型。由于立体感较强而要求丰富的三维空间想象力,学生普遍感觉较难。但作为教与学的重点和难点而必须掌握,同时也是学生大学毕业后继续学习深造所必须的知识基础。笔者在教学实践中摸索总结出4种对映体构型表示式之间相互转换和构型标记的简便方法,供大家参考。The configuration of enantiomer can be expressed in four methods:(1) Wedge form(including the flying wedge),(2) Perspective form,(3) Fischer projection,(4) Newman projection.These four configuration expressions should be mastered and can be skillfully used to solve practical problems by students as teaching goals of organic chemistry in the University.First,it requires students using a variety of configurations to solve the problem independently;second,students can transform four kinds of configuration each other;third,the configuration of chiral carbon atom can be determined with perfection.From the student's points of view,they generally feel difficult to understand this knowledge owing to lack of three-dimensional space imagination,but these knowledge points are not only important but also necessary for their further studying after graduate.Based on the teaching practice in the long term,we have explored and summed up a simple method of marking the configuration and transforming the configuration expressions of enantiomer for reference.
