摘 要:为了研究钢管与活性粉末混凝土(Reactive Powder Concrete,简称RPC)之间的界面黏结性能,对两组钢管RPC柱进行轴心推出试验。建立钢管RPC柱的非线性有限元模型,通过合理选用钢管、混凝土、接触单元及其参数,并与文献[14]中钢管混凝土轴心推出试验的试验数据进行对比,验证了有限元模型的有效性,进而对钢管RPC柱的界面黏结承载力进行计算。试验结果表明,钢管RPC柱的黏结荷载-滑移曲线以及黏结破坏荷载规律与普通钢管混凝土轴心推出试验规律相似。有限元分析结果与试验结果符合较好,该有限元模型可以用于钢管RPC柱的界面黏结承载力计算。Two sets of reactive powder concrete(RPC) filled steel tube columns are tested using the push-out method to investigate the bond behavior at the interface between the steel tube and RPC.A nonlinear finite element model is established with rational elements and parameters for the steel tube,RPC and the interface.The nonlinear finite element model is verified by using the push-out test results in reference 14,and the bond load of the RPC filled steel tube columns are calculated using the same method.The test results show that the push-out test data,including the bond-slip curve and the bond load,are similar with those of common concrete filled steel tube columns.The nonlinear finite element analysis results are in good agreement with the test results and the nonlinear finite element analysis(FEA) method can be used to predict the bond load between the steel and RPC.
