快速检测脑蛋白水解物注射液引起的过敏反应

摘　　要：目的:建立脑蛋白水解物注射液引起过敏反应的快速检测方法。方法:采用每天一次、连续3d静脉注射药物致敏豚鼠,以ELISA方法测定血清IL-4和总IgE;并与传统的腹腔注射致敏检查方法相比较。结果:静脉注射阳性药物进行致敏第8天后豚鼠血清IL-4和总IgE明显升高,豚鼠出现过敏反应的时间比传统检查方法提早1～2周,且二者结果一致。结论:所建立的静脉致敏方法可用于快速检测脑蛋白水解物注射液引起的过敏反应。OBJECTIVE To establish a method of rapid test for allergic reaction induced by cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection. METHODS The guinea pigs were sensitized continuously by intravenous injecting of drugs once a day for three days, IL- 4 and total IgE of serum were detected with ELISA method;The results were compared with traditional method of sensitivation by intraperitoneous injecting. RESULTS IL-4 and total IgE of serum raised obviously from day 8 after guinea pigs were sensitized by intravenous injecting of positive drugs, the onset time of allergy was reduced by 1-2 weeks as compared with traditional method, and the results were in accordance with each other. CONCLUSION The sensitized method of intravenous injecting of cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection can he used as a rapid test for its allergic reaction.
