摘　　要：目的:探讨造口涂膜剂对慢性皮炎的治疗作用及抗磷酸组胺的止痒作用。方法:采用二硝基氯苯(DNCB)皮肤涂抹法制造实验动物慢性皮炎模型,通过观察造口涂膜剂对实验动物病变皮肤的肿胀度、损伤程度,对造口涂膜剂抗慢性皮炎效果进行初步评价;采用皮下注射磷酸组胺的方法制造实验动物瘙痒模型,通过观察动物瘙痒程度的差异,对造口涂膜剂的止痒作用进行初步评价。结果:造口涂膜剂对动物的慢性皮炎有明显的抑制作用,能显著地减轻皮肤肿胀、局部炎症反应,并能对抗组胺所致的皮肤瘙痒反应。结论:造口涂膜剂对慢性皮炎的动物模型的抗炎、止痒疗效确切,非常具有临床开发价值。OBJECTIVE To investigate the therapeutic action of stoma film on the chronic dermatitis and the anti-itching effect in animal model produced by histamine phosphate. METHODS Chronic dermatitis model was created by smearing dinitrochlorobenzene （DNCB） to the animals＇skin. The influence of stoma film on the impaired skin swelling degree and injury degree of experimental animals was observed to evaluate the therapeutic action of stoma film on the chronic dermatitis. The antiitching effect of stoma film was evaluated by observing the difference of itching degree in animal itching models produced by subcutaneous injection of histamine phosphate. RESULTS Stoma film can inhibit the chronic dermatitis of animals significantly, alleviate skin swelling and local inflammatory reaction remarkably and it can mitigate the itching effect caused by histamine phosphate, CONCLUSION Stoma film performed significant anti-inflammatory and antipruitic effects on chronic dermatitis animal model.
