摘  要:用乳液聚合法制备了导电聚乳酸/聚苯胺复合膜并对其进行了表征。探讨了复合膜的制备工艺对电导率的影响并通过扫描电镜、红外光谱检测复合膜的表面特征和结构特点,使用四点探针法测定各种不同苯胺质量含量复合膜的电导率,体外细胞实验测试复合膜的生物相容性。结果表明:聚苯胺分散在聚乳酸膜中,形成了相互连通的多孔结构;红外光谱检测有聚乳酸和聚苯胺的特征峰;复合膜的导电率随聚苯胺质量含量上升而增加,当聚苯胺的质量含量为15%时,电导率达到2.31×10-3S/cm;体外细胞实验证明,复合膜有比纯聚乳酸更好的生物相容性,可以显著促进细胞生长。In this paper the conducting PANI/PDLLA composite film is prepared and characterized.The PANI/PLA composite film is prepared with the emulsion polymerization method and measured by SEM and FT-IR.The conductivity of the film is determined with 4-probe technique.Biocompatibility of the film is assessed by seeded RSC96 cell on the surface of the film.Result shows that PANI particle dispersed continuously into PDLLA substance and formed porous frame work.Absorbing apex of PDLLA and PANI can be seen in FT-IR spectra.The electric conductivity of 15% PANI film reaches to 2.31×10^-3 S/cm and increased with the content of PANI measured by the standard four-probe method.The composite film is much more biocompatible than PDLLA film,and it can enhance proliferation of cells well.
