摘　　要：采用C#+AE(Arc engine)二次开发技术,以数据库为基础,开发非煤矿山安全管理系统,为矿山安全和管理提供可视化服务和决策支持。从系统开发背景和需求分析入手,分析了系统的设计目标、功能、特点和结构,重点完成了矿井安全现状评价模块、安全预警管理模块和应急救援模块的设计。Based on the database,a non-coal mining safety management information system is presented through the secondary development of the C# and AE,it provides visualization service and decision support for mining safety and management.Starting with the development background and demand analysis,the design objective,function,characteristics and structure of the system are analyzed.The main work in this system is the design of the mining safety evaluation module,the safety precaution management module and emergency management and rescue module.
