摘 要:探讨细纱螺旋平行组合牵伸形式的技术性能和成纱质量。分析了现行细纱牵伸形式在后区牵伸控制和前区粗纱剩余捻回的利用方面存在不足,提出了在牵伸后区利用双粗纱螺旋扭转的方式,使须条获得附加扭矩,增强牵伸区对纤维运动的控制,从而进一步改善成纱条干的一种新的牵伸形式——细纱螺旋平行组合牵伸。实施了牵伸改造并进行了纺纱质量对比试验。结果使CJ 14.8 tex纱在一般原料条件下,条干质量明显优于Uster2007公报5%水平。指出,这项改造简单易行,实施中应注意加强分隔棒、前区双眼集棉器的清洁,解决好在使用分隔棒时穿头操作较难的问题。Technology property and finish yarn quality of spinning spiral parallel composite draft were discussed. Disadvantages of current spinning draft i. e. using draft control in back zone and roving remaining twist in front zone were analyzed. Spinning spiral parallel composite draft was put forward, which use two roving spiral torsion to make sliver got extra torsion and increase draft zone control to fiber, finally finish yarn evenness could be improved. Draft modification was carried out and spinning quality was contrasted. The result shows that in ordinary raw material condition, CJ 14.8 tex yarn quality could be better than that of Uster 2007 5% level obviously. It is pointed out that the modification is easy and feasible, septation bar and double holes condenser should be cleaned,problems of using septation bar should be resolved well.
