摘 要:探讨牵伸工艺对成纱棉结的影响。针对使用美棉纺纱棉结高的问题,运用AFIS检验分析了纺纱流程中棉结、杂质、短绒及纤维伸直平行度的变化规律以及牵伸工艺对成纱棉结的影响,通过对牵伸工艺的分析试验与优选,较大幅度地降低了成纱棉结。指出:牵伸工艺对棉结也有着重要影响,改进牵伸工艺,提高纤维伸直平行度是提高各牵伸工序半成品质量、降低成纱棉结的关键。首先应改进预并牵伸工艺,同时合理配置精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱牵伸工艺,充分发挥胶圈牵伸控制纤维运动的优势,可以较好地控制牵伸过程中棉结的增加,达到降低成纱棉结的目的。Effect of draft processing on finish yarn neps was discussed. Because of many neps of yarn spun by American cotton, change rule of neps, impurity, short fiber and fiber straightness and effect of draft processing on yarn neps were analyzed through AFIS test. Through analyzing and optimizing draft processing,finish yarn neps could he reduced greatly. It is pointed out that neps were effected by draft processing greatly,the keys of improving each semi-production quality in draft process and reducing finish yarn neps are improving draft processing and fiber straightness. Predrawing processing should be improved firstly, draft processing of combing, drawing, roving and spinning should be set rationally, advantages of apron control fiber movement should be used fully, finally neps could be controlled well in draft process and aims of reducing finish yarn neps could be reached.
