摘　　要：探讨№861型涡流纺纱机的性能与特点。分析了涡流纺纱原理,重点介绍了№861型涡流纺纱机结构与性能特点,对实际生产的涡流纱进行了检测并与环锭纱进行了对比分析。指出了该机使用中存在的问题并提出改进建议。指出:№861型涡流纺纱机具有速度快,工艺流程短,用工省的显著特点,涡流纱具有环锭纱相似结构,强力不匀率低、毛羽少、耐磨性能和抗起毛起球性能好、吸湿、透气性能佳、染色性能好,捻势小,对于消除针织物的斜路和起毛起球问题具有独特的优势,涡流纺纱机及涡流纱具有良好的发展前景。Property and characteristic of No861 vortex spinning frame were discussed. Principle of vortex spinning was analyzed, structure and characteristics of No861 vortex spinning frame were introduced,vortex spinning yarn was tested and contrasted to ring spinning yarn. Problems in application were pointed out and modification suggestions were put forward. It is pointed out that speed of No861 vortex spinning frame is faster,processing is shorter,labor is less. Structure of vortex spinning yarn is similar to ring spinning yarn, strength CV is lower and hairiness is less, wear-resistance and anti-pilling are better, moisture absorption, dying and air permeability are better, twist potential energy is less, twill and pilling on knitting fabric could be eliminated.
