摘　　要：介绍HVI Tensojet-4型大容量单纱强力仪的技术特点及应用效果。阐述了大容量单纱强力仪的技术优势,正确的使用方法以及应用情况。指出:与普通单纱强力仪相比,大容量单纱强力仪具有测试速度高、容量大,可模拟喷气织机的用纱引纬速度及用纱量;可在试验中模拟喷气织机引纬时的喷射张力;可根据断头情况对生产过程产生弱环的原因进行分析并加以改进等优势。在应用方面,可评估喷气织机用某批纱的织机效率;可利用原纱强力测试图选购原纱;并强调大容量测试才能全面了解原纱断裂强力,把好原纱关,指导下游工序提高工效。Technology characteristics and application effect of HVI Tensojet-4 single yarn strength tester were introduced. Technology advantages, correct use method and application of HVI single yarn strength tester were introduced. It is pointed out HVI single yarn strength tester could imitate air-jet loom weft-inserting speed and yarn use amount,the test speed is faster and the capacity is larger. Ejection tension of air-jet loom weft-inserting in test could be imitated. According to broken ends situation weak points causes in production could be analyzed and modified. In application aspect, loom efficiency could be estimated. Raw yarn strength test picture could be used to select and buy raw yarn. It is strengthened that raw yarn breaking strength could be tested fully by HVI to select better raw yarn and improve efficiency.
