摘　　要：城乡一体化是改变城乡二元结构、缩小城乡差距、促进城乡协调发展的重要战略举措。本文首先根据国内外专家学者关于城乡一体化的基本观点和理论,选取若干反映城乡一体化进程的指标,建立了较为系统的指标体系;其次,在此基础上对四个直辖市城乡一体化进程进行了评价与分析;最后,根据评价结果指出四个直辖市在建设城乡一体化方面存在的问题和规律。Urban-rural Integration is the important strategy which changes urban-rural binary structure,reduces the gap between city and countryside,and promotes coordinated growth in both city and countryside.First,in accordance with the basic oppions of expersts and the relevant policies and theories of the urban-rural integration,the paper sets up a more systematic evaluation of the integration process of the urban-rural target system.second based on the evaluation system,the paper evaluates and studies of the Urban-Rural Integration of four Municipalities directly under the Central Government in China.According to the evaluate result,the paper analyzes the current situation and Urban-Rural Integration’s realizing degree,finds out the problem and the rule of four Municipalities directly under the Central Government Urban-Rural Integration,which can provide the important reference development strategy and plan for building Urban-Rural Integration of them.
