摘　　要：文章从分析我国知识库自存储现状入手,提出制定强制性自存储政策,实施激励存储策略,以作者自存储为主,协议性代存储为辅,不断推进知识库向前发展。Self-archiving is the important way to enrich resources of repositories in China.We should set up reasonable self-archiving policy,improve self-archiving awareness of researchers in order to carry forward the construction and development of repositories in China.This paper analyzes the status of repositories′ self-archiving,puts forward the idea that we should constitute mandate self-archiving policy,implement encouraging self-archiving strategy.
