摘　　要：本文简述了QQ的产生及其特点,探讨了网络环境下QQ运用于图书馆服务的可行性,以及QQ软件能够运用在图书馆服务中的功能,并对其在图书馆的具体应用进行分析。This article describes the emergence and features of QQ software briefly,discusses the possibility of application of QQ software to library services under network environment and the functions of application to library services.The specific application in library is also analysed.
