摘 要:将乙烯原料优化与企业生产计划优化相结合,既能保证乙烯生产企业的原料供给,又有利于提升石化企业的整体经济效益,实现了炼化一体化的目标。本文通过建立裂解产物收率模型预测乙烯裂解过程产物收率,并将其与图形化石化工业模拟系统(GIOPIMS)相集成,替换原有模拟系统中乙烯热裂解收率的固定经验值,建立起了与乙烯原料优化相结合的生产计划模型,并通过求解得到了最佳的排产方案。实例表明,集成后的系统不仅能够准确给出乙烯原料优化方案,优化了原料选择和配置,提高了企业经济效益,同时使生产计划模型更加符合实际情况,得到的优化方案效果更好。The combining of production planning model and ethylene feedstock optimization can both ensure enough feedstock supply for ethylene production companies and help to improve the overall economic benefits of petrochemical enterprises,achieve the goal of refining-chemical integration.In this paper,a model is established to predict the yields of ethylene pyrolysis products and integrated into the Graphic I/O Petro-chemical Industry Modeling System(GIOPIMS for short) to replace the fixed value from experience.Then the production planning model combining with the ethylene feedstock optimization is established and the optimal scheduling plan can be obtained after solving the model.The integrated system can not only give the ethylene feedstock optimization program which refer to better plan of selection and configuration of ethylene feedstock,but also give accurately ethylene feedstock optimization solutions and make the production planning model more realistic and the optimized program better.
