摘 要:选取常州武进铁合金厂生产的锰渣为研究对象,分析其基本物化性质,进而采用石灰吸收法对锰渣活性进行评价。活化锰渣-Ca(OH)2-H2O体系的火山灰反应研究结果表明:随着养护龄期的增长,体系中Ca(OH)2剩余量逐渐减少,强度越高。同一养护龄期,随着粉磨时间的延长,体系中Ca(OH)2剩余量逐渐减少,强度越高;激发剂的掺入有助于锰渣中活性矿物对Ca(OH)2的吸收,体系强度增大,且复合激发剂FAA作用下体系中Ca(OH)2剩余量较低,强度较高。Manganese slag,producted by Changzhou Wujin Ferroalloy Factory,is studied in this paper.Its basic physical and chemical properties are analysed.Activity of it can be studied by means of lime-absorbed method.The results of pozzolanic reaction in activated manganese slag-Ca(OH)2-H2O system can show that:With the growth of curing age,Ca(OH)2 content in the system is reduced gradually and strength is higher.Under the same curing age,with the extension of grinding time,Ca(OH)2 content in the system decreases and strength is higher.excitant is introduced so that active mineral in manganese slag can easily absorb Ca(OH)2 and strength in the system may be higher.Under the action of excitant FAA Ca(OH)2 content is less and strength is better in the system.
