摘  要:结合叶尔羌河中游渠首实际工程,针对混凝土使用特细砂的工程特点,开展了原材料品质检测及选择、特细砂混凝土配合比的参数优选及设计、特细砂混凝土性能试验等。结果表明:特细砂对混凝土和易性,尤其是流动性影响显著,通过掺入高效减水剂、引气剂、粉煤灰,采用较低水胶比和砂率,不仅可配制出强度等级C10、C20、C25、C30、抗渗等级P6、抗冻等级F150、坍落度为50-70mm的常态混凝土,而且也可配制出强度等级C20的大流动性泵送混凝土,且特细砂混凝土表现出良好的抗冻和抗渗性能。Based on the actual project of middle reaches headwork of the Yarkant River,according to the characteristics of superfine sand used in the concrete engineering,quality inspection and selection of raw materials,fine parameter optimization and design of superfine sand concrete mix,superfine sand concrete performance tests and so on are carried out.The results show that:superfine sand has great effect on the concrete workability,especially on the concrete fluidity.By adding high efficient water reducer,fly ash and air entraining agent,using low water-binder ratio and sand ratio,it can not only reach the strength grade by:C10,C30,C20,C25,impermeability grade by W6,frost resistant grade by F150,and slump for 50~70mm level of normal concrete.Moreover it can make high fluidity pumping concrete of strength grade by C20,and the superfine sand concrete performs a good frost resistance and impermeability.
