摘  要:通过对吉林省农业科学院育成的大豆品种吉林20和吉林30的遗传贡献率分析表明,具有吉林20血缘的育成品种83个,核遗传贡献占50%的有32个,核遗传贡献占25%~31.25%的34个;具有吉林30血缘的育成品种17个,核遗传贡献占50%以上的有15个品种。具有吉林20和吉林30细胞质来源的品种分别占其育成品种15.7%和76.5%。系谱分析表明,吉林20、吉林30不仅融入黑龙江和辽宁优异血缘,而且融入了日本和美国的优异血缘。Jilin 20 and Jilin 30 had high yield potential,broad adaptiveness and higher heritability of elite agronomic traits.The two cultivars were selected by Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1985 and 1996,respectively.This paper summaried genetic contribution of Jilin 20 and Jilin 30 to released soybean cultivars.The results indicated that 83 cultivars contained Jilin 20's consanguinity,while 32 cultivars accounted for more than 50% of nuclear genetic contribution,and 34 for 25%~31.25%.Totally 17 cultivars possessed Jilin 30's consanguinity,of which 15 occupied above 50% of nuclear genetic contribution.The cultivars that had the cytoplasmic source of Jilin 20 and Jinlin30 covered 15.7%,76.5% of above-mentioned released cultivars,respectively.Pedigree analysis showed that excellent consanguinity from Heilongjiang and Liaoning had been merged into Jilin 20 and Jilin 30,with Japanese and USA's pedigrees integrated.
