地震创伤后应激障碍人群白龙解郁颗粒干预分析

摘　　要：目的研究中药白龙解郁颗粒对震后灾民创伤后应激障碍(post traumatic stress disorder,PTSD)的治疗作用。方法对诊断为PTSD阳性患者给予中药白龙解郁颗粒免煎剂口服,运用治疗前后灾民症状自评量表90(SCL-90)得分评价干预效果。结果震后灾民的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子分分别为(1.93±0.92),(2.04±0.92),(1.89±0.97),(1.83±1.02),(1.67±0.93),(1.57±0.96)分,明显高于中国正常人常模(P<0.05);人际关系敏感分为(1.59±0.96)分,低于中国正常人常模(P<0.05);治疗后躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子分分别为(1.34±0.45),(1.69±0.61),(1.57±0.61),(1.42±0.43),(1.50±0.57),(1.33±0.47)分,均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论震后灾民的PTSD发生率较高,心理问题较为突出,白龙解郁颗粒对震后灾民的PTSD有一定疗效。Objective To research the effect of Bailong Jieyu granules on victims of Wenchuan earthquake disaster with post-traumatic stress disorder（PTSD）.Methods The victims who were diagnosed as PTSD were administrated with Bailong Jieyu granules.The efficacy was evaluated with Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）.Results The SCL-90 scores of somatization,compulsion,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic factors were 1.93±0.92,2.04±0.92,1.89±0.97,1.83±1.02,1.67±0.93,1.57±0.96,respectively,which were higher than those of Chinese norm;while the score of interpersonal sensitivity factor（1.59±0.96） was lower than that of Chinese norm（P0.05）.After the treatment,scores of somatization（1.34±0.45）,compulsion（1.69±0.61）,depression（1.57±0.61）,anxiety（1.42±0.43）,hostility（1.50±0.57）,phobic factors（1.33±0.47） were lower than those of before the treatment（P0.05 for all）.ConclusionThe earthquake victims had high incidence of PTSD and suffered from serious psychological problem.Bailong Jieyu granule has good effect on earthquake victims with PTSD.
