摘　　要：冷拔钢管用的润滑液,旨在钢管表面形成最终润滑层,主要起润滑和减少摩擦等作用。采用昆仑化学有限公司生产的Cl-2350型润滑剂,其配槽浓度为6%,使用浓度B.N值为1.0～2.5点,使用温度为70～85℃,pH值为7.5～9.5,处理时间为3～5 min。在上述条件下,可满足各种材质钢管的最终润滑要求,并为冷拔钢管提供合理可行的变形量,保证优良的表面质量。The lubricating fluid for cold drawn tube plays a significant role in improving lubrication and reducing friction due to the formation of a final layer on the surface of tube. The lubricant CI-2350 produced by Kunlun Chemical Co. Ltd has the following characteristics： pH value 7.5-9.5, tank concentration 6%, appied concentration 1.0- 2. 5, applied temperature 70-85℃, tratement time 3-5 min. Under the above conditions, the lubricanting fluid can meet the lubrication requirements for most tube production to provide reasonable deformation for excellent tube surface quality.
