摘 要:利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜、透射电镜对Ti-Al复合脱氧钢中夹杂物的析出行为进行了研究。结果表明:在Ti-Al复合脱氧钢熔炼试验中,通过采取钢熔化后先加碳、硅、锰、铌进行预脱氧,再加铝进行脱氧,最后再加钛进行终脱氧的脱氧合金化处理方式,钢中产生的夹杂物主要为Ti-Al复合夹杂物或Ti-Al-Mn等复合夹杂物,夹杂物尺寸为1-3μm,分布比较均匀。这些分布较均匀的细小夹杂物引起了周围钢组织的高密度位错,诱导了大量晶内针状铁素体的形成,细化了钢的组织,提高了性能。The precipitation behavior of inclusions in Ti-Al multiplicity deoxidized steel was studied by OM、SEM and TEM.The results showed that in the smelting experiments of Ti-Al multiplicity deoxidizied steel of which deoxidization method was adding carbon,silicon,magnesium and niobium for pre-deoxidization,then adding aluminum,at last adding titanium for end-deoxidization,inclusions were mainly Ti-Al or Ti-Al-Mn complex-inclusion,etc.Inclusions sizes were commonly 1~3 microns that distributed relatively uniformed.These tinny inclusions caused high density of dislocation in the steel around them and a lot of acicular ferrite was induced to form,so that the microstructure was fined and the properties were improved.
