摘　　要：目的建立元胡止痛片中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH至6.0)-甲醇(40:60),检测波长280nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果延胡索乙素对照品进样量在0.20～2.02μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=8),平均回收率为99.84%,RSD=1.43%(n=6)。结论所用方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于控制元胡止痛片的质量。Objective To establish a method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong Tablets.Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on the Dikma Diamonsil column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was the mixture of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution（adjusted to pH 6.0 with triethylamine） and methanol（40：60）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL /min.The detected wavelength was set at 280 nm.Results In the range of 0.20-2.02 μg for tetrahydropalmatine,there was the good linear relationship（r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 99.84%,the RSD was 1.43%（n = 6）.Conclusion The developed method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be applied to the quality control of Yuanhu Zhitong Tablets.
