摘　　要：目的建立测定救尔心胶囊中原儿茶醛含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(12:88),流速0.8mL/min,检测波长279nm,柱温24℃。结果原儿茶醛质量浓度在1.998～19.980μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=1.0000;平均加样回收率为98.94%,RSD=0.97%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,适用于救尔心胶囊的质量控制。Objective To set up a method for the quality control of Jiuerxin Capsules.Methods The HPLC method was developed to quantitative determination.The Phenomenex C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid（12：88）.The column temperature was 24 ℃,the detection wavelength was 279 nm,the flow rate was 0.8 mL /min.Results The linear range of protocaechuic aldehyde was 1.998-19.980 μg /mL（r = 1.000 0）.The average recovery rate was 98.94%,and RSD was 0.97%（n = 6）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of Jiuerxin Capsules
