摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗小儿轻度持续哮喘的临床疗效。方法观察比较孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗52例患儿与单用布地奈德气雾剂治疗22例患儿的疗效。结果孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂组总有效率为96.67%,单用布地奈德气雾剂组总有效率为68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗小儿轻度持续哮喘效果明显。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combined administration of montelukast and budesonide aerosol for treating mild persistent asthma in children.Methods 52 children patients were divided into two groups.22 cases in the control group were treated with budesonide aerosol and 30 cases in the therapy group were treated with the combination of montelukast and budesonide aerosol.The total effect were observed and compared in the two groups.Results The effective rate was 96.67% in the therapy group and 68.18% in the control group with the statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The combination of montelukast and budesonide aerosol is obviously more effective in treating mild persistent asthma in children.
