摘　　要：依托现有的医疗保障体制,利用体系医院和干休所两级医疗保障机构,通过开发系统软件,构建为军队老干部提供健康监测、安全评估、健康教育、跟踪指导、信息反馈的健康管理服务平台,为老干部提供及时、准确、科学的健康指导,提高预防、保健工作的质量和效益。We attempt to develop a health management system which serve military retired cadres in order to provide sufficient, scientific instruction. Base on the existing medicine security system composed of systematic hospital and cadre -recuperation center, we develop the computer software to provide the platform to realize the health monitor, security evaluation, health education, continuous instruction and information feedback for the retired cadres.
