摘　　要：本文总结了医院应急机动卫勤分队海训实践的主要做法,探索了提高海训效果的途经方法,提出了加强和改进海训的组织指挥、设备器材保管养护、海训标准与内容的对策与办法。In this paper the main methods were summarized that the emergency mobile medical units carried out marine training, the ways were explored to improve effectiveness of marine training, and the eountermeasures and methods were put forward to strengthen and improve the organization and command of marine training, safekeeping and maintain the equipment, and the standards and contents in marine training.
