摘　　要：由于方向不明、定位不准、管理缺失,盲目贪大求快,医院陷入了恶性膨胀的发展怪圈,从一定程度上制约了医院的可持续发展。本文从转变发展模式入手,探讨医院可持续发展思路旨在为医院健康有序地发展提供借鉴。Many factors, such as positioning error, orientation ambiguity, lack of management, and blind greed for large and fast, have＇ caused the vicious development of the hospitals into a cycle of inflation, which constrained the development of the hospital. In this article the author proposed to change development mode to realize the hospital sustainable development.
