摘　　要：本文界定外生性卫生资源配置相关概念,构建了外生性卫生资源配置框架与指标体系,阐述了外生性卫生资源配置层次、要素对象和投入产出特征及配置过程,为研究按要素类别配置卫生资源提供理论体系框架。The author defined some relevant concepts about Exogenous Health Resource, and bulit up the framework and index system of the allocation of Exogenous Health Resource. The levels, elements, characteristics and process of the Exogenous Health Resource allocation were expounded in this papar, which will provide theoretical framework for the research of health resource allocation.
