摘　　要：目的探讨45岁-59岁住院患者死亡原因,为加强这一年龄段人群的疾病防治工作提供数据参考。方法按照国际疾病分类原则,以出院第一诊断进行编码、分类、统计。结果该年龄段死因前5位系统疾病为:循环系统疾病,肿瘤,呼吸系统疾病,损伤、中毒和外因的某些后果,消化系统疾病。结论加强疾病预防知识的宣传,控制疾病发生,提高中年人群健康水平。Objective To investigate the death causes of inpatients aged from 45 to 59 and to further provide data reference for the prevention and control of diseases. Methods According to the principles of International Classification of Diseases,the first discharge diagnoses were coded,classified and analyzed. Results The top five diseases in death causes were circulatory diseases,tumors,respiratory diseases,injuries,consequences caused by trauma,poisoning and external causes and digestive diseases. Conclusion The prevention of disease should be publicized to control the incidence of these diseases and improve the health of middle-aged people.
