加味桃红四物汤治疗良性前列腺增生继发勃起功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察加味桃红四物汤对良性前列腺增生(benign prostate hyperplasia,BPH)继发勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效。方法将106例患者随机分为2组。治疗组在前列腺增生常规西药治疗的基础上加用加味桃红四物汤;对照组给予常规西药加安慰剂治疗,4周后观察2组疗效。结果治疗后比较2组国际勃起功能指数(IIEF5),P<0.05,具有统计学差异。治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为75.47%和24.53%。2组比较,P<0.001,具有非常显著性差异。结论加味桃红四物汤对于BPH患者继发ED有明显改善作用,疗效肯定。Objective To observe the curative effect of Modified Taohongsiwu Decoction on secondary erectile dysfunction （ED） of benign prostate hyperplasia （BPH）. Method All 106 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Modified Taohongsiwu Decoction on the base of routine treatment of Western medicine, and the control group with routine Western medicine and placebo. The curative effect was observed in two groups after 4 weeks. Result The comparison of international index of erectile function （IIEFS） between two groups was different statistically （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 75.47% in the treatment group and 24.53% in the control group. The difference was significant greatly between two groups （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Modified Taohongsiwu Decoction has significant and reliable curative effect on secondary ED of BPH.
