摘  要:目的了解血吸虫病疫情动态,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用IHA对6岁以上人群进行病情监测,其阳性再用Kato-Katz法进行病原学检查。耕牛采用塑料顶管法进行病原学检查。螺情调查:垸内可疑地带,采取全面搜索;垸外采用机械抽样结合环境抽样的方法进行。结果人群平均受检率为91.24%,IHA阳性率下降了63.14%;病原学阳性率下降了57.05%;农民和渔民的粪检阳性率分别下降了69.23%和66.67%;耕牛阳性率下降了71.35%,钉螺面积下降了46.61%。结论对农民、渔民应进一步加大防治力度,切实落实以机代牛的耕作方式。Objective To know the epidemiological trend of schistosomisis and provide scientific basis for making control strategies. Methods Indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA) was used for preliminary screening to the people above 6 years old. Positive people were examined with stool Kato-Katz. Hatching test was used for cattle. Inside embankment, snails were surveyed by comprehensive search and outside embankment surveyed by systematic sampling combined with environmental sampling method. Results Persons were examined with a coverage rate of 91.24%. The positive rates of IHA and stool test decreased by 63.14% and 57.05% respectively. The infection rates of farmers and fishermen declined by 69.23% and 66. 67% respectively. The infection rate of cattle decreased by 71.35%. The snail areas declined by 46. 61%. Conclusion The effect of current control strategy of schistosomiasis is obvious. Protection of farmers and fishermen should be reinforced. And replacement cattle with machine should be carried out to control schistosomiasis.
