摘  要:目的为了制定金口地区有针对性的防治对策,使该地区的血吸虫病疫情进一步得到控制。方法根据武汉市血吸虫病防治规范,采用机械抽样和环境抽样相结合的方法进行螺情调查,采用氯硝柳胺喷洒法进行易感地带灭螺,数据采用SPSS12.0软件进行分析。结果有螺面积各年均为178.73 hm2,易感地带面积和处数分别下降了69.1%和71.4%。有螺框出现率逐年下降,2006年与2009年比具有统计学意义(χ2=403.409,P=0)。结论江夏区金口地区外滩的防治对策是有效的,灭螺效果明显,易感地带面积和处数明显下降,阳性钉螺得到有效控制。Objective To make the nichetargeting decision and control schistosomiasis further in Jinkou area. Methods According to schistosomiasis control work standard of Wuhan,snail was surveyed by systematic sampling method combined with environmental sampling method. Snails in high transmission areas were killed by spraying niclosamlde. The data were analyzed by SPSS12. 0. Results The snail-rldden average areas were 178. 73 hm^2 every year. The numbers of high transmission areas and sites had reduced by 69. 1% and 71.4% respectively. From 2006 to 2009, the rates of flames with living snails decreased gradually (χ^2= 403. 409, P = 0) , the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The control strategy of river beach snail in Jinkou area was effective. The molluscicidal effect was obvious. The numbers of high transmission areas and sites reduced evidently. The positive snail was controlled effectively.
