摘 要:目的比较烟雾法和药激法在旅客列车蟑螂密度调查的实用性,为建立新的蟑螂密度调查和灭效考评方法提供科学依据。方法采用烟雾法与常规的药激法,在旅客列车上不同季节进行对比试验。结果烟雾法蟑螂检出率明显高于药激法,两法在统计学上有显著性差异(2χ=14.06,P<0.01),烟雾法蟑螂平均密度也明显高于药激法。烟雾法在空调旅客列车蟑螂检出率低于非空调旅客列车(2χ=1.63,P>0.05),但蟑螂平均密度却明显高于非空调旅客列车;药激法在空调和非空调旅客列车之间,蟑螂检出率和蟑螂密度均无明显差异。结论针对旅客列车的特殊构造和运行规律,烟雾法更适合在旅客列车上进行蟑螂密度调查。Objective To verify the effect and scientific between drug smoke method and chemical stimulating method for monitoring density of cockroaches in passenger train,and provide scientific evidence for founding a new evaluation way. Methods Having contrast experiment in different season in passenger train by drug smoke method and chemical stimulating method. Results The detection rate of cockroaches with drug smoke method was obvious higher than chemical stimulating method. There was obvious difference between them (χ^2= 14. 06, P 〈 0. 01 ). The density of cockroaches with drug smoke method was obvious higher than chemical stimulating method either. But there were no obvious difference in the detection rate and the density of cockroaches between two drug smoke methods, neither between two chemical stimulating methods. In drug smoke method,the detection rate of cockroaches in air-conditioning passenger train was obvious lower than in no-air-conditioning passenger train (χ^2= 1.63, P 〉 0. 05 ) , but the density of cockroaches in air-conditioning passenger train was higher than in no-air-conditioning passenger train. In chemical stimulating method, the detection rate and the density of cockroaches had no significant difference between two kinds of passenger train. Conclusion According to the special construction and the move laws of passenger train ,the drug smoke method is more suitable for monitoring the density of cockroaches in passenger train.
