为两化融合分类培养创新人才的探索

摘　　要：大力推进信息化与工业化融合是党的十七大作出的重大部署。培养一大批符合中国工业化与信息化发展需要且具有中国自身特色的创新人才是高校面临的挑战与义不容辞的使命。文章探讨两化融合创新人才的素质与能力特征,并结合哈尔滨工业大学的实践经验,深入研究分类培养两化融合需要的学术研究型、应用研究型和工业应用型创新人才的机制和体制。The combination of informatization and industrialisation is an important strategy of the Communist Party of China,which was proposed in the 17th Party Congress.To meet the need of the development of China in informatization and industrialisation,cultivating a large amount of innovative talents with Chinese characteristics is challenge and an obligatory mission of universities of China.The characters of the quality and ability of innovative talents with the combination of informatization and industrialisation have been investigated.Based on the practical experiences of Harbin Institute of Technology,the mechanisms and the systems to cultivate classified innovative talents,including an academic research category,an application research category and an industrial application category,has been deeply studied for the need of informatization and industrialisation of China.
