摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定喉喑清胶囊中哈巴俄苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Sinochrom ODS-Bp C18（4.6×250mm,5μm）,流动相以乙腈-1%醋酸溶液二元梯度洗脱;流速：1.0mL？min-1;检测波长为280nm。结果该方法的回归方程为Y=2520.34X-0.16,r=0.9999。哈巴哦苷在0.0264～0.528μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为97.20%,RSD为1.11%,符合分析要求。结论方法成熟,结果准确、重复性好,可用于新药喉喑清胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the method for analyzing the contents of harpagoside in Houyinqing capsule. Methods The chromatographic colunm was Sinochrom ODS-Bp C 18 （4.6 × 250mm, 5 μm） .The mobile phase was acetonitrile- 1%HAc （gradient elution） . The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 280nm. Results The regression equation was Y=2520.34X-0.16 （r=0.9999）. A good linearity was obtained in the rang of0.0264-0.528 μg for harpagosicle. The average recovery of harpagosicle was 97.20%, RSD=1.11% （n = 6）, respectively. Conelusions The method is mature, accurate and with better reproducibility for Houyinqing capsule.
