摘 要:目的制备阿苯达唑分散片,并考察其溶出度。方法以羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)、微晶纤维素(MCC)和聚维酮K30(PVP K30)为辅料,制备阿苯达唑分散片。选用转篮法进行溶出度考察,溶出量采用紫外分光光度法测定。结果分散片崩解时间小于3min,溶出参数分别为:T50=0.94min,Td=1.89min。结论阿苯达唑分散片质量能达到《中国药典》2005年版要求,分散片的溶出速度明显快于市售片。Objective To prepare dispersible albendazole tablets and to explore its dissolution. Methods Albendazole dispersible tablets was prepared with CMS-Na, MCC and polyvinylpyrrolidone K30(PVP K30) as supplementary materials. The dissolution ofalbendazole was measured using the basket method as well as UV-spectrophotometry. Results The disintegration of the dispersible albendazole tablets occurred within 3minutes. Other dissolution profiles were as follows: T50=0.94min, Td=1.89min. Conclusions The quality of the dispersible albendazole tablets meets China Pharmacopoeia(2005version) criteria, and the dissolution rate was faster than marketing albendazole tablets.
