肺癌瘀血舌象与T细胞亚群、NK细胞水平异常的相关性探讨

摘　　要：通过前期临床观察发现,肺癌患者出现瘀血舌象的比率较高。为了进一步探讨此临床现象出现的病理生理基础与微观联系,我们对30例肺癌患者进行了舌象的观察与血中OKT（T细胞亚群）、NKC（NK细胞）水平的检测。结果显示,肺癌患者中瘀血舌象组与非瘀血舌象组比较,CD4/CD8明显降低,经统计学处理,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;而瘀血舌象组NKC值明显高于非瘀血舌象组,经统计学处理,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。There is more cases of tongue of blood stasis（TBS）in group of carcinoma metastasis than that in group of non-metastasis.We test plasma OKT and NKC level of patients suffering from LC to discover the relation of TBS and carcinoma metastasis.The numerical value of CD4/CD8 is significantly lower in group of TBS than that in group of non-TBS（P0.05）.There is more NKC in group of TBS than that in group of non-TBS（P0.05）.
