摘　　要：目的探讨疏风解毒胶囊对病毒性上呼吸道感染发热（风热证）的治疗作用。方法共观察病毒性上：呼吸道感染发热（风热证）患者130例。服用疏风解毒胶囊，进行同体配对实验，统计学分析。结果服药72h退热治愈率90．769％；平均解热时间：20.50h；4h内即刻退热率30．00％。结论疏风解毒胶囊对治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染发热（风热证）疗效确切。Objective To explore the effect on the Shufeng Jiedu capsule on the Fever Caused by Viral Upper Respiratory Tract Infection （Wind-heat Syndrome） .Methods A total of 130 cases of viral upper respiratory tract infection fever （Wind-heat Syndrome） .Taking Shufeng Jiedu capsule,for matching with the body of experiments,statistical analysis.Results fever medication cure rate is 90.769%; the average antipyretic time： 20.50h; the rate of immediate abatement of fever within 4h is 30.00% .Conclusion Shufeng Jiedu capsule has excellent effect on the fever.
