摘　　要：目的:通过平行对照实验,探讨恒磁场对不同种类手术后患者伤口愈合的影响。方法:征集志愿者260例,结合手术种类进行随机分组。对照组常规拆线、普通敷贴,磁场组采用0.2T恒磁敷贴。1月后,对两组间以及磁场组不同手术种类的创伤愈合情况进行评价。结果:恒磁场能提高术后的伤口愈合速度和质量(P<0.01),不同手术种类的患者其疗效之间的差异没有显著性意义(P>0.01)。结论:恒磁场在临床术后伤口护理中具有适应症广、使用方便的特点,为临床上磁疗的应用提供了一种新的思路。Objective：To study the effects of constant magnetic fields on wound healing of different surgeries, random, blind, contrasting clinic research was performed.Methods：Surgical patients were divided into two groups by means of random number table：120 cases in the control group and 140 cases in the magtnetic group.The patients all knew the fact and agreed.Each of magnetic group was bound up with 0.2 T magnetic flakes.However, the control group were bound up without flakes.After 3 months, the time and quality standard of wound healing were examined.Results：The magnetic group showed better healing of sutured wound than the control（P0.01）.No significant difference was observed among different surgeries （P0.01）.Conclusion：The constant magnetic fields, with wide indications, are easy to use in clinical nursing, which can be provide a new method for the application of magnetic therapy.
